Skylar Champion joined Ohio Citizen Action as a Field Manager during the 2024 electoral campaign and, driven by her commitment to grassroots organizing, continued with the organization to work on legislative and solar energy campaigns. Her passion for community engagement began during her college years, where she worked on local judicial races and canvassed for city council candidates.
A recent graduate of Xavier University's Philosophy, Politics, and the Public Honors program, Skylar's academic focus deepened her dedication to local political engagement and advocacy. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering Cincinnati's parks and coffee shops.
