James Novotny brings a passion for community and advocacy to his role at Ohio Citizen Action, drawing on a background in events management, education, and operations across museums, cultural centers, and social services roles. He has managed staff and volunteers, overseen office functions, and coordinated programs and events that connect, educate, and inspire communities. Outside the office, James is active volunteer in local initiatives that promote social awareness, the arts and inclusivity.
