Anthony joined Ohio Citizen Action in January 2026 as our Co-Op Community Organizer, bringing a strong background in urban planning, research, and civic engagement.
He holds a Master of Science in Urban Studies from Cleveland State University, where he also served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant. His research focused on federal energy programs and state-level policy, including co-authoring a publication on federal utility assistance programs. As Treasurer of CSU's American Planning Association student chapter, he managed chapter finances and helped lead campus outreach and recruitment.
Anthony's planning experience includes an internship with the City of Delaware, Ohio, where he drafted zoning code amendments focused on parking reform and bicycle infrastructure, conducted housing inventory research, and led field inspections. He holds skills in GIS, data analysis, and policy research.
p>He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies from Otterbein University.
