Political success in Ohio, as elsewhere, often equates to the amount of money raised and spent by political candidates and their parties. So it was no surprise Monday when Ohio Citizen Action reported that Republicans continue to dominate - by a wide advantage - the money-raising game and all branches of state government, as well as Ohio's Congressional delegation.
