Three judge panel rejects complaint 2-1

A panel consisting of Judge J. Howard Sundermann, First District Court of Appeals, Judge Cheryl L. Waite, Seventh District Court of Appeals, and myself, as chairman, conferenced on the above-referenced complaint on October 30, 2002.

After review of the evidence and the applicable sections of the Code of Judicial Conduct and the Rules for Government of the Bar, the panel, by a vote of 2-1, finds no probable cause as to any violationsof the above-referenced Code or Rules, Judge Waite dissenting.
