The man who first conducted the investigation into the possible
contamination on the grounds of the River Valley Schools near Marion
has won a big fight against the Ohio Environmental Protection
Agency. A federal judge has ordered the agency to pay Paul Jayco big
bucks. And that's not all. As Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports,
the judge is scolding the agency for the way it treated Jayco, and
the way it's handled the investigation into whether pollution at the
schools is causing leukemia.
