The man who first conducted the investigation into the possible
contamination on the grounds of the River Valley Schools near Marion
has won a big fight against the Ohio Environmental Protection
Agency. A federal judge has ordered the agency to pay Paul Jayco big
bucks. And that's not all. As Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports,

schools is causing leukemia. |
