Real-time air pollution monitoring

Community leader Hilton Kelley from Port Arthur, Texas, brought a state-of-the-art real-time air pollution monitor to Cleveland and quickly found dangerous levels of cancer-causing 1,3-butadiene just up the hill from Mittal Steel. The monitor also detected ground-level ozone and nitrogen oxide. Reporter Jack Marschall covered the testing for News Channel 5.
