Ruth training Kathy Andia from the American Bottom Conservancy of Illinios. Kathy's group
is a watchdog for the Conoco/Phillips refinery in Wood River. Recently storms in the Midwest
knocked out the refinery and they have received waivers to dump additional air pollution during their restart.
