Public Hearing on the Ohio EPA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is holding an unusual public hearing Tuesday in suburban Columbus. It's being held to give average citizens a chance to sound off about the Ohio EPA, which has been criticized as lackluster by both the federal agency and environmental activist groups. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
