The City of Cleveland Fire Division's court case against General Environmental Management (GEM), seeking a preliminary injunction to prevent GEM from operating until it is in compliance with the Fire Code, will be heard --

GEM has filed a motion with the court seeking to hold over 2,000 documents confidential and unavailable to the public. The City has opposed this motion.
