Neighbors want Ohio EPA investigation of asphalt plant odors

We are providing you and Todd Scarborough [Ohio EPA Division of Air Pollution Control] with these photos and videos taken at the Kokosing Asphalt Plant in Westerville. We will send the videos in a separate E-mail because of file size limitations. We request that your agency investigate these photos/videos and keep us informed as to the result of your findings. These photos/videos were taken August 29, 2004 at approximately 10:30 AM. We took these photos/videos because there was a "pounding odor" in our neighborhood.
