Noreen Warnock, Environmental Campaigns Director, Ohio Citizen Action, and 1997 Metzenbaum Award winner, presents the Blue Ribbon Award for Ecological Approach to Agriculture to Ben Stinner, a member of Agroecosystems Management Team, Ohio State University.

The Team was recognized for its work in research and education on sustainable methods of farming. They have contributed to an ecologically-based approach to the challenges facing agriculture and rural communities by developing projects and research on agroecosystems assessment, sustainable management practices and preservation of rural communtiies.
